Our journey is deeply personal — a testament to the entrepreneurial spirit of our founder, Mr. Ashok Rama Shinde, whose commitment and foresight laid the foundation for a company that now empowers over 3,500 individuals across India.

"The Humble Beginnings of a Service Legacy"
Although we come from an agricultural background, our passion for technology and service was inherited from our grandparents, Rama Shivram Shinde and Radhabai Rama Shinde, whose technogenic mindset inspired generations. This unique blend of rural values and forward-thinking innovation fuels our success today. In 1992, Mr. Shinde, despite holding a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture from Amravati and strong academic credentials from Boys Town School, chose responsibility over comfort. When water scarcity affected his thriving farming business, he pivoted to Nashik with just one tractor and a stone breaker, laying the foundation for what would become a powerful service enterprise.
